OVERVIEW

At EVERFI, I worked as a UX Designer, where I gained experience in all parts of the design process while working on the Homeroom and FCN platforms. EVERFI is an edtech company that provides self-paced, interactive courses for distinct audiences, including K-12 classrooms and adult financial learning materials. Homeroom offers courses on critical life skills such as financial literacy and mental well-being, while FCN materials include self-paced courses on financial topics such as homeownership and small business management. These courses are free for teachers and students, and they are funded by sponsors like the NHL and Meta.

As a UX Designer at EVERFI, I had the opportunity to work on both Homeroom and FCN platforms, gaining experience in all aspects of UX design. Our cross-functional team consisted of four other UX Designers and one UX Researcher, along with additional members such as Technical Project Managers, Business Analysts, Researchers, Developers, Directors, and Project Managers, depending on the project where I contributed to the development of engaging and interactive learning experiences for a diverse range of audiences, helping to make education more accessible and enjoyable for all.
